SL PP ER 10 by Polytechs is a masterbatch containing 10% of refined erucamide in PP homopolymer (MI2) film grade. It is used in PP films (CPP, OPP and BOPP) and PP sheets, where low coefficient of friction is required. Typical dose concentrations are between 1 and 3% masterbatch SL PP ER 10 in the core layer. SL PP ER 10 can also be used in the skin layer of heat sealable films between 1-2%. Erucamides is food approved for a number of applications.
