AB PP SER 10 by Polytechs is a masterbatch containing 10 % of an organic antiblock agent in PP homopolymer (MI 2) film grade. It is used in BOPP films to prevent blocking during wind-up, facilitates the unwinding and slitting of film rolls. Excellent optical properties are obtained when using AB PP SER 10. It also has slip properties, it is not always necessary to add a slip masterbatch. AB PP SER 10 is added to the skin layers of coextruded films. Typical percentage of AB PP SER 10 in the skin layer is 1 to 3%.
