AB PP 10S

AB PP 10S by Polytechs is a 10% synthetic silica-based antiblocking masterbatch in a PP carrier resin. In PP Films, AB PP 10S prevents blocking during wind-up and facilitates the slitting of film rolls. It has an excellent dispersion and is used in both cast and blown film processes. AB PP 10S gives excellent optical properties for high transparency films. This masterbatch can be added to skin layers only. It is used to allow easy unwinding of bags and sachets. Typical addition rates are between 2-4 %. It is suitable for food applications according to FDA and EEC regulations.
