HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer) masterbatch carried in a PE (polyethylene) resin. It acts as an ultraviolet (UV) light stabilizer. Exhibits high gas fading-, sulfur- and pesticide resistance. Shows less interaction with organic pigments. Used in blown films, injection molding, blow molding and rotational molding. Applications include greenhouse films, shade nets, mulch films, water storage tanks, crates, playground slides, chairs, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, raffia and pipes. Complies with food contact approval.
