POLYNOX 04018 by Plastiblends is antioxidant masterbatch carried in a PE (polyethylene) resin. It improves processability and reduces thermal degradation during melting and high temperature processing. Prevents embrittlement occurring due to high melting temperature. Minimizes gel formation occurring due to oxidation during melting. Improves processability of regrind. Prevents yellowing of plastics. Used in rotational molded parts like playground slides. POLYNOX 04018 applications include reprocessed PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), greenhouse films and mulch films. Complies with food contact approval.
