POLYNOX 04013 by Plastiblends is an antioxidant masterbatch carried in a PE (polyethylene) resin. It improves processability and reduces thermal degradation during melting and high temperature processing. Prevents embrittlement occurring due to high melting temperature. Minimizes gel formation occurring due to oxidation during melting. Improves processability of regrind. Prevents yellowing of plastics. Increases OIT in HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipes. Applications include reprocessed PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), greenhouse films and mulch films. POLYNOX 04013 complies with food contact approval.
