Einar® 411

Einar® 411 by Palsgaard is a plant-based, food-grade, internal anti-static additive. It is an optimized blend of mono- and diglycerides with selected fatty acid profiles made from vegetable oils and is produced in CO₂-neutral factories.

• It is designed for all polypropylene grades including PP-based masterbatches, R-PP, H-PP and B-PP.
• Einar® 411 key features and benefits include:
• It imparts both short and long-term effects rivalling that of ethoxylated amine & amides, while also providing denesting and density properties.
• It enables clean and dust-free polypropylene packaging while minimizing the risk of electrical discharge during filling & loading.
• It also offers efficient mold release for all PP injection molding applications.
• It shows no adverse effects on mechanical, optical, and barrier properties.
• In coextruded or laminated packaging films, it is added to a very thin section of the entire film for reliable and efficient performance.
• In most random & block copolymer films, it delivers good & sufficient performance at low loading levels, and in homo polymer where anti-stat migration is low, the recommended loading level is 0.1-0.4%.
• It has a shelf life of minimum 24 months.
