Petronauba™ C polymer

Petronauba™ C polymer by NuCera Solutions (Chase) is oxidized, low molecular weight polymer. Acts as a release agent. Chemically it contains oxygenated functional groups such as acids, esters, and alcohols. These functional groups facilitate water emulsification and also improve solvent solubility as compared to inert polymers. Emulsifies into water-based systems and provides reactive sites. It is immiscible at room temperature in hydrocarbon, aromatic, or oxygenated solvents. Solubility in all of these solvents is improved at elevated temperatures.
