Expancel® 921 WE 40 d24

Expancel® 921 WE 40 d24 by Nouryon is a light-weight filler with weight-reducing, cost-saving properties. It enhances the self-cleaning properties. It allows higher pigment volume concentration with less binder requirements due to its tiny spherical particle size and also reduces shrinkage. Used in seats and plastic interiors for automotive, modelling clay, genuine leather and crack fillers. The high solar reflectance of Expancel® 921 WE 40 d24 microspheres helps to decrease roof temperatures of the building by 15°C, lessening the need for air conditioners. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
