Cyclonox® LR by Nouryon is a cyclohexanone peroxide for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins in the presence of a cobalt accelerator at room and elevated temperatures. It gives in comparison with the standard high reactive cyclohexanone peroxide formulation Cyclonox® LE-50 a longer gel time and slower cure. Cyclonox® LR has a shelf life of 3 months and is listed in TSCA.
