Cyclonox® 11 by Nouryon is a curing agent for unsaturated polyester resins in the presence of a cobalt accelerator at room and elevated temperatures. It is a cyclohexanone peroxide in dimethyl phthalate and diacetone alcohol. Being thermally unstable substance, it may undergo self accelerating decomposition. Cyclonox® 11 possesses shorter gel time, lower peak exotherm and a more gradual care. It is suitable for the manufacturing of thick moldings and for the button production.
