Actmix® ZDT-50GE F500

Actmix® ZDT-50GE F500 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (50%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and no appearance of blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. ZDT masterbatch has processing safety and storage stability. It is compatible with NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR, etc and its vulcanizate has excellent heat resistance. It is a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides thiazoles, and thiurams for vulcanization of EPDM and NR. Used in seals, films, tyre buffer layers and rubber fenders. Its recommended addition level for NR is 2-3 phr, for SBR/NBR is 2-3 phr and for EPDM is 2-3 phr.
