Nurvinox TPPD

Nurvinox TPPD by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals acts as a rubber antioxidant. It is N-(p-toluene-sulphonylamido-N’-phenylene diamine). It can be used as an anti-ager for CR, NR, BR, SBR and their latexes. It inhibits copper and manganese oxidation as well as the damage caused to fiber materials by chlorine released during CR’s aging. It is dispersible, hence can be directly added into rubber, latex in the form of aqueous dispersion. When Nurvinox TPPD is used in CR with anti-ager Nurvinox ODA as co-reagent, it offers good thermal resistance, reduces the plasticity of un-vulcanized CR, and decreases the degree of shrinkage during calendaring, so is helpful to adjust the size of semi-finished articles. It is mainly used to produce rubberized fabric, electric insulative products and light color industrial products. Normal dosage in CR is 1-2 phr.
