Finntalc K15 by Mondo Minerals is a tailored, medium-sized, lamellar talc with stable color. It is a very hydrophobic, pure, inert & soft, hydrated magnesium silicate. It is used as a functional extender to achieve consistent color, low abrasion and longer tool life. It is compatible with various polymers like polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), TPO, TPE, polyesters, and others.
  • It effectively solves challenges related to dimensional stability, reproducibility, quality consistency, flow behavior, injection molding, extrusion, and others.
  • Finntalc K15 is designed for various applications such as engineered- & recycled plastics, automotive cabin & under the hood, furniture, household appliances, light-duty equipment, HVAC, packaging, powdering, pipes, profiles and sheets.
  • It is also available as compacted grade for low dust generation and easy handling resulting in higher compounding throughput.
  • It has a shelf life of 5 years.
