PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PTX60 by Momentive Performance Materials is a high purity boron nitride grade. Acts as a conductive filler. It is lubricious, inert, chemically stable and non-wetting. Contains single-crystal hexagonal platelets. Provides unique combination of thermal, electrical and mechanical properties. Offers high temperature stability and outstanding thermal conduction. Compatible with epoxy, epoxide resins, thermoset polyurethane resins and other thermosets. PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PTX60 can be used as gap-fillers and underfills. Recommended for molding and potting compounds as well as printed circuit boards, laminates.
