PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PT160 by Momentive Performance Materials is a boron nitride grade. Acts as a conductive filler. It is of high purity. Contains single-crystal hexagonal platelets. Provides unique combination of thermal, electrical and mechanical properties. Offers high temperature stability and outstanding thermal conduction. PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PT160 is lubricious, inert, chemically stable and non-wetting. Compatible with epoxy, epoxide resins, thermoset polyurethane resins and other thermosets. Can be used as gap-fillers and underfills. Recommended for molding and potting compounds as well as printed circuit boards, laminates.
