Niax™ catalyst A-577

Niax™ catalyst A-577 is a very powerful liquid, delayed-action, tertiary amine catalyst that is very selective to the gelling (urethane forming) reaction. Provides the benefit of allowing good foam flowability while achieving a very fast foam endcure. Delayed-action extends pour time needed for pouring complex parts. Used for low-density SRIM systems, but it also can be used in some microcellular elastomer and integral-skin applications. This is extremely important in low-density SRIM systems, where both foam flowability and fast demold times are major requirements.
