CoolFX™ CFX-1035 by Momentive Performance Materials is a boron nitride powder. Acts as a hybrid filler. Used to enhance thermal conductivity while providing electrical isolation in thermoplastics. Offers better physical properties, more consistent feeding, easier extrusion and potentially lower total cost. CoolFX™ CFX-1035 is used in LED lighting fixtures, consumer electronic devices, aerospace, automotive cooling systems, motor and battery housings, temperature sensors and heat exchangers.
