MIPELON™ XM-330 by Mitsui Chemicals is used as an anti-blocking agent for film applications. It is a halogen-free, easy to mold, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with spherical powder shape, low friction and narrow particle size distribution. It exhibits high mechanical properties, uniform dispersion and innovative processability. This grade improves the sliding property, makes the rubber stronger to wear thus enhancing the durability of the product. It decreases the coefficient of friction and prevents bleed out over time, unlike other slipping agents. This grade offers enhanced abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance, low to none water absorption. Also, displays antiscratch properties and adjusts hardness. MIPELON™ XM-330 is suitable for roll, belt, hose and medical parts. Also, used in dust collection & medical filter due to its pore size and ratio control. It is food contact acceptable.
