EXCEREX™ 48070BT

EXCEREX™ 48070BT by Mitsui Chemicals is a high-performance polymer processing aid. It is compatible with PP, EVA-LDPE and L-LDPE. It is used to reduce torque in the extruder causing an increase in screw speed. This permits operating at a lower barrel temperature. It offers reduced scrotching, reduced die-build up low molecular weight, lower surface tension, lower melting point, flowability, increased output, reduced color change time and shortened cooling cycles. EXCEREX™ 48070BT can be processed by using extrusion molding, blend extrusion molding, inflation molding and biaxial drawing film.
