EXCEREX™ 40800T by Mitsui Chemicals is a polymer processing aid by Mitsui Chemicals. It is compatible with HDPE. It is used to reduce torque in the extruder causing an increase in screw speed. This permits operating at a lower barrel temperature. It offers reduced scrotching, reduced die-build up, low molecular weight, lower surface tension, lower melting point, flowability, increased output, reduced color change time and shortened cooling cycles. EXCEREX™ 40800T can be processed by blow molding (20L poly tank) and HDPE injection molding (bottle cap).
