Hyperform® HPN® 909ei

Hyperform® HPN® 909ei by Milliken is a high-performance additive designed for thermoforming polypropylene (PP) homopolymer. It offers improved aesthetics and has been developed using a cleaner chemistry. Offers higher heat deflection temperature and an increase in crystallization temperature. It exhibits an excellent balance of physical properties with high stiffness and good impact strength. The unique isotropic shrinkage behavior of Hyperform® HPN® 909ei allows dimensionally stable, non-warping PP parts. It yields products with excellent optical properties including lower haze, reduced yellowing and an overall cleaner look which can further enhance sustainability by allowing for more inter-material replacement. It is applicable for food packaging applications including trays, drink cups and lids.
