Hyperform® HPN® 600ei

Hyperform® HPN® 600ei by Milliken is a high-performance nucleating agent for polypropylene. It offers higher stiffness/impact performance, high flexural modulus and fast crystallization rate. Exhibits isotropic shrinkage and excellent aesthetics. It provides warpage control, low density (lightweight), improved quality to uniform shrinkage, and faster cycle times. It is suitable for processing by thermoforming, injection molding and extrusion blow molding. Polypropylene nucleated with Hyperform® HPN® 600ei offers material substitution options for processors using other clear materials such as OPS or PET. Hyperform® HPN® 600ei is used in packaging, drink cups/ lids, thermoformed parts, and bottles. The recommended dosage is 400-1000 ppm for twin-screw extrusion.
