MAC 486 by McLube is an air cured semi-permanent release coating. Gives a fast drying, durable, non-oily, colorless dry film coating with excellent antistick properties and chemical and heat resistance. MAC 486 provides the following benefits : ease of application, fast mold preparation, semi-permanent release surface, no interference with any post molding processes (painting, bonding, laminating, etc), elimination of mold build-up, capability of releasing parts with complex configurations, corrosion protection on molds and dies.
