PPA PP F5

PPA PP F5 by Manntek is polymer processing aid masterbatch. It is made of 5% of fluoropolymer and PP homopolymer as a carrier. It is suitable for PP films (OPP, BOPP), sheets, fibers, filament and pipes. It acts as the interface between molten polymer and metal surface of extruder's barrel and die. It coats the metal surface with fluoropolymer and the coating reduces the friction at the resin/metal interface. It eliminates the die build up & melt fracture, lowers the die pressure allowing the high throughput and improves gloss and surface smoothness. PPA PP F5 reduces the gel formation during extrusion, haze and the die lines.
