Luzenac® R7

Supplied byMagris Performance Materials- Last Updated on May 19, 2026

Luzenac® R7 by Magris Performance Materials is high brightness, high purity, very platy, ultrafine talc. It improves brightness and thermal stability. It has excellent top-size control that has been treated to provide improved scratch and mar resistance, dispersion, and color-matching.
  • It offers excellent stiffness, impact strength, HDT, dimensional stability and aesthetics in high performance plastics.
  • It improves dispersion and impact resistance of the final compounds, thermoplastics and polyolefin compounds (especially polypropylene and TPOs).
  • Luzenac® R7 improves scratch and mar resistance of talc-filled compounds without impacting stiffness and other mechanical properties.
