Silicone Master Batch SI-05

Silicone Master Batch SI-05 by M.G. Polyblends is polydimethyl siloxane based masterbatch containing 50% of siloxane content in polypropylene carrier resin. Improves lubricity and scratch-, mar-, & abrasion resistance with no fogging. Possesses excellent heat stability, reduced coefficient of friction, efficient mold release and faster output & less warpage. Increase stability vs. traditional processing aid and lubricants. Silicone Master Batch SI-05 is compatible with PP and TPE. Mainly used for low gloss appearance. Recommended for PP packaging film, automotive interiors, appliances and materials which are using PP, talc-filed PP, TPO's,talc-filed TPO's as the base polymer.
