Silicone Master Batch SI-03

Polydimethyl siloxane based masterbatch containing 50% of siloxane content in LDPE carrier resin. Improves lubricity and scratch-, mar-, & abrasion resistance with no fogging. Possesses reduced coefficient of friction, efficient mold release and faster output & less warpage. Increase stability vs. traditional processing aid and lubricants. Is compatible with LDPE, HDPE and TPE. Recommended for silicone core pipe, HDPE boxes & bottles, HFFR cable materials, crosslinked PE and milk packaging film.
