POLYBATCH® ASPA 2446 by LyondellBasell is a masterbatch containing an anti-static agent. It contains only additives of high molecular weight. It has a low vapor pressure and generates little smoke at the die and in the TDO, resulting in fewer breaks caused by droplets.
- It is used in combination with slip masterbatch.
- POLYBATCH® ASPA 2446 is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer.
- It is used in blown film, cast film, injection molding, oriented flat film and sheet extrusion applications.
- Its recommended dosage rate is 1.5-2.5% in heat sealable films for HFF or VFF and 2-3% for pearlized films.
- It is FDA recognized.
