LUVOBATCH® PET FR 5499 by Lehmann & Voss is a halogen-free flame retardant that is especially used in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) applications. It can be easily dosed and allow for dust-free work. It offers good dispersion and high flexibility. LUVOBATCH® PET FR 5499 is used in extrusion, fibers, films, plates, thick-walled applications, injection-molded parts. Recommended dosage is 5% for UL 94 V-2 and 15% for UL 94 V-0.
