Provides a highest effectiveness in EPDM compounds containing precipitated silica resp. silicate as fillers. Improvement of the physical properties in any other vulcanized rubber. Provides a shorter curing time at equal scorch time, a better processability of the uncured compounds, an increase of tensile strength, modulous and tear resistance, a decrease of abrasion, a minimized water absorption i.e. better electrical properties of cable compounds, an increase of dynamic properties.
