Mediaplast WH-P by Kettlitz Chemie is processing aid. It is composed of 75 % Mediaplast WH and 25 % of silica as carrier. Acts as processing aid and homogenizing agent with non-staining properties in order to improve the stickiness of synthetic rubber compounds. It improves rubber compound flow and increases the "green strength". Besides, Mediaplast WH-P acts as dispersing and homogenizing agent especially in bright or coloured polymer blends. Its plasticizing effect should be regulated with the amount of plasticizer used. Suitable for the use in hot melts and other adhesives, especially those produced from EVA and PVA dispersions.
