Mediaplast EV-F

Mediaplast EV-F by Kettlitz Chemie is a high boiling carboxylic acid amide on aluminium hydroxide as carrier. Used for the treatment of very sticky polymers such as EVA compounds. EVA types with a vinyl acetate content of more than 40 % tend to stick to open mills, internal mixers and even extruder screws. For technical rubber parts which are produced by transfer or injection moulding, the injection time will be reduced and the sticking of rubber compound to moulds will be diminished. This gives a lower rejection rate and shorter working time. Automatic production of Mediaplast EV-F can often be run due to the better demoulding properties.
