Kane Ace™ PA-40 by Kaneka is a high molecular weight acrylic polymer. It acts as an excellent high efficiency processing aid that promotes a wide processing window. Provides high flexibility to limit the number of processing aids for various applications. It is compatible with PVC and improves melt elasticity, strength and sizing of the formulations. Applications include extruded profiles, vinyl siding, rigid sheet and profile foam, flexible film and foam. Kane Ace™ PA-40 meets the requirements of the PVC Food Sanitation Council, as well as U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulations.
