Javachem® HG-600 by Javachem is an organic-group modified, ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polypropylene. It can be used as the food contact additive in compliance with 177.1520 (c) 3 and 181.28 of FDA.
- It is used to improve processability, surface performance and scratch resistance of polyolefin materials.
- It provides excellent thermal stability.
- It contains low volatile content (VOC) and enhances surface gloss, smoothness and processing fluidity & reduces torque.
- It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers.
- It is suitable for injection molding and blown film extrusion.
- The recommended dosage level is 1.0-5.0%.
- Javachem® HG-600 has a shelf life of 2 years.
