Javachem® GT-625 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in SAN. It is easy to add in production process due to its particle form. The copolymer part is compliance with article 181.32 of FDA, and the siloxane part is compliance with article 181.28 of FDA.
- It is suitable for direct injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles.
- It offers improved surface scratch resistance, reduced coefficient of friction and improved abrasion resistance.
- It provides enhanced liquidity of plastic processing, improved internal & external lubricity, improved mold filling, reduced product defective rate and enhanced surface gloss & smoothness of the product.
- It shows low migration, easy dispersion and no exudation.
- It can be used together with all additives and with fillers. It can be used as a food contact additive.
- The dosage level of the grade for PC, ABS, PS, PVC and rubber is 0.5-5.0%.
- Javachem® GT-625 has a shelf life of 2 years.
