IP1212 by Ingenia is an anti-static agent. It is a proprietary compound of a high-purity antistatic agent in a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) carrier resin. It serves as an internal additive to control the surface resistivity on film over an extended period of time, effectively reducing static cling and dust accumulation. It contains no animal-based ingredients.
- It offers excellent thermal stability and allows for longlasting reduction in the surface resistivity due to the controlled migration of the antistatic agent to the surface of the film.
- It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, blown film-, cast film-, and sheet extrusion applications.
- It is used in LDPE, HDPE and PP film and molding applications.
- Recommended usage level of IP1212 is 1-2%.
- It may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.
