HECO® SLIP 140 PO

HECO® SLIP 140 PO by HECOPLAST acts primarily as an internal slip agent. It is also used as demolding additive in non-polar plastics and lubricant by reducing the shear forces that occur.

• It migrates to the surface of the molded part and reduces adhesion to metal parts in plastics.
• It is suitable for processing various polymers such as polyolefins, PP, PA, PS, polyester and POM in injection molding and extrusion.
• Its recommended dosage is added in the range of 0.2–1.0% depending on the desired properties.
• Due to its high melting point, it is also suitable for applications where a certain temperature is to be expected.
• It complies with EU (VO) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA.
• HECO® SLIP 140 PO has a shelf life of 12 months.
