HECO® PRO 010 P

HECO® PRO 010 P by HECOPLAST acts as a processing aid and external slip agent. It is surface scratch resistance modifier. It provides demolding and forms filling properties.

• It is suitable for processing various polymers such as polyolefins, PE, PP, PA, PC and PES in injection molding and extrusion.
• It reduces surface friction and increases surface gloss.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.1–5.0% depending on the desired properties and 1.0-2.0% to improve the surface scratch resistance.
• It improves surface scratch and wear resistance of reinforced polymers.
• It reduces brittleness, also increases impact and tensile strength in end product.
• It complies with EU (VO) No. 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR.
• HECO® PRO 010 P has a shelf life of 12 months.
