AC4000 by Hangzhou Hi-Tech Fine Chemical is an azodicarbonamide. Acts as a high temperature foaming agent. Is non-toxic and odorless. Has good dispersity in plastic and rubber. Can be applied in foaming process under room pressure or in compression. Widely applied in plastic and rubber, such as PE(IXPE), PS, EVA, PVC, NBR, SBR and rubber as well as plastic blends. AC4000 is particularly applicable for coating of PVC, commonly applied in compression molding of PE, extrusion of PVC, compression molding of rubber as well as plastic compound, for MD injection, hot-pressed small mold and big mold of EVA are also available. Widely used in insulation materials, handle of sports equipment and MD materials.
