Actafoam® AZ-1901 by Galata Chemicals (Artek) acts as a general purpose chemical foaming agent for thermosets and thermoplastics. Its decomposition residue impart no odor to the finished product. It can be activated by metal oxides, metal organic salts, bases, and acids. Used for crosslinked rubber and plastics to yield foams with improved aesthetics. Actafoam® AZ-1901 has a shelf life of 36 months.
