Santoflex™ 77PD by Flexsys is an antiozonant and amine-based antioxidant. It is recommended as a polymerization inhibitor in styrene monomer, p-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene and acrylate esters production and as a column antifoulant.
  • It provides stabilization for a wide range of solution and emulsion polymerized elastomers that can tolerate discoloration and protection against catalytic degradation by copper and other heavy metals.
  • It offers improved flex fatigue protection.
  • Due to its high solubility in rubber, it does not bloom or easily leaches from compounds even at high concentrations.
  • It is compatible with natural- and synthetic elastomer compounds, particularly in static applications for compounds containing no wax.
  • Santoflex™ 77PD is suitable for tires used in aircraft, OTR, mobile homes, agricultural equipment, structural mounts, fixed hoses and gaskets.
  • Complies with DSL, AICS, ENCS, ISHL, KECI, PICCS, IECSC, TSCA and TCSI.
  • It has a shelf life of 24 months.
