Santoflex™ 134PD by Flexsys is an effective polymerization inhibitor, antioxidant and antiozonant. It provides protection against fatigue degradation in both static and dynamic operating conditions. It offers excellent high-temperature fatigue-, flex resistance and ozone protection due to its specific molecular structure and higher rubber solubility.
  • It is least affected by environmental variables such as heat or leaching leading to greater durability.
  • It will discolor compounds and cause severe contact and migration staining.
  • It offers good stability with a wide range of solutions and emulsion polymers.
  • It is used as an inhibitor in styrene monomer, p-methyl styrene, divinylbenzene and acrylate esters production and as a column antifoulant.
  • It is compatible with natural and synthetic elastomer compounds.
  • Santoflex™ 134PD complies with DSL, AICS, ENCS, ISHL, KECI, PICCS, IECSC, TCSI and TSCA.
  • It is applicable in pneumatic tire components, solid tires, belts, hoses, cables, automotive mounts, bushings and general mechanical products.
  • It has a shelf life of 24 months.
