Cool Colors® 21-5901

Cool Colors® 21-5901 by Ferro is spinel structured, Ni-free cobalt titanate pigment with a yellowish shade. It offers opaque to visible light with moderate NIR reflectance ("cool pigment"). Exhibits properties that include ease of dispersion with excellent dimensional stability, resulting in no warping or shrinkage. It has the ability to recycle black parts with NIR-based sorting systems, creating economic value and reduced waste disposal. Cool Colors® 21-5901 offers excellent heat-, light-, weather, acid-, alkali-, and solvent- fastness. It is suitable for a broad range of polymers e.g. polyolefins, PS, ABS, engineering polymers (including very high processing temperature resins), silicones, and rubber. Recommended for PVC applications including siding and window profiles. Other applications are plastic roof tiles and agriculture films.
