Dynasylan® 1124

Dynasylan® 1124 is an adhesion promoter by Evonik. Used as a surface modifier and also suggested for chemical modification. Suitable for inorganic materials including glass, metals and fibers as well as organic polymers including thermoplastics, thermosets and elastomers. Also recommended for phenolic, furane and melamine resins, mineral filled composites. Offers good flexural, tensile & impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Compatible with PA, PBT, PC, EVA, modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylates and silicones. Improves high filler loading as well as reduces viscosity and Newtonian behavior. Provides moisture & corrosion resistance as well as durability at high temperature and humidity. It is registered with NDSL, TSCA, IECSC, ECL, EINECS/ ELINCS, AICS, NZIoC and PICS inventories. Dynasylan® 1124 has a shelf life of 12 months and added at a dosage rate of 2-4 %wt.
