AEROBATCH® U 125 ET

AEROBATCH® U 125 ET is a processing aid by Evonik. It increases melt viscosity, melt strength as well as crystallization temperature and speed. It is an ester grade based on fumed silica. It controls depolymerization and recrystallization behavior. Improves mechanical properties but reduces stickiness and coefficient of friction. It is suitable for high transparency applications and reduction of yellowish discoloration in end products. Offers an increased output, reduced extrusion and injection molding cycle time along with improved control of wall thicknesses in blow molding. Used mainly for TPU extrusion systems as well as cast films and sheets. AEROBATCH® U 125 ET is recommended to be used at concentration of 5-10 %.
