EMEROX® 14803 by Emery Oleochemicals is ethylene glycol (EG) dimerate polyol with low viscosity. It includes a hydrophobic backbone structure with excellent chemical & moisture resistance, superior low temperature performance, low moisture absorption and moisture vapor transmission properties. It is based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids produced via proprietary process. It shows solvent & blowing agent compatibility and adhesion. It is cost-effective, high-renewable content and structurally & functionally similar to petrochemical polyols, offering predictability & ease of use. It provides resistance to oxidation and UV. It enhances performance properties, increases efficiencies and sustainability. EMEROX® 14803 is suitable for elastomers and can be diluted with 50% MEK (methyl ethyl ketone).
