ENGAGE™ 8407 Polyolefin Elastomer by Dow is ethylene-octene copolymer-based impact modifier. It offers excellent performance in durable injection molded industrial and consumer goods and compression molded gaskets. It provides high clarity in products requiring visual inspection and allows the use of hot runner molds to enhance production efficiency.
  • In addition, the low density can help control resin and production costs, while reducing the weight of end products.
  • It offers good impact properties in blends with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), especially in applications requiring high melt flow modifiers.
  • It is suitable for compression molding and compounding applications.
  • ENGAGE™ 8407 Polyolefin Elastomer complies with TSCA, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), CONEG.EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC, CONEG and US FDA.
