Deovulc® ZO DL by DOG Chemie is Zinc-2-ethylhexanoate, absorbed on silica filler. Acts as a vulcanizing activator. It improves stability of the system by offering higher cross-link concentration. Also provides reversion, compression set and dynamic properties. Mainly recommended for natural rubber and also for diene rubber. Deovulc® ZO DL can be added with filler and partly or fully replace stearic acid. The dosage rate is 2-5 phr.
