Zinc-2-ethylhexanoate, absorbed on silica filler. Acts as a vulcanizing activator. It improves stability of the system by offering higher cross-link concentration. Also provides reversion, compression set and dynamic properties. Mainly recommended for natural rubber and also for diene rubber. Can be added with filler and partly or fully replace stearic acid. The dosage rate is 1-4 phr.
